Fin Fang Flame was summoned by the Hellfire League Of Injustice to destroy all mutants. Taking to its task, Fin Fang Flame's first targets were the Hellfire League themselves! It then attacked Wonder Woman, who sought the aid of the JLX in defeating the creature.
After a fierce battle, Fin Fang Flame was eventually destroyed when Apollo absorbed its energies.
