The curvaceous companion to Will Magnus is actually a specially-designed bodyguard who electronically shares Magnus' hatred for mutants. She is programmed to be loyal to Magnus and to destroy any mutant who dares to threaten him. Her programming allows her some autonomy, and she has also developed human feelings for her master.
Jocasta was Magnus' first human-lie design. To test her in a social setting, he outfitted her with a false face and disguise, and she found employment as a model, billing herself as "Millie".
Jocasta was deactivated by Wraith during the JLX's encounter with Will Magnus and his Sentinels in Atlantis, but Magnus reactivated her soon after.
