She could bring to life the images on her tarot cards (they could fight, be ridden upon, etc). Also, she could apparently read the future with her cards, though I don't believe it was stated whether or not that was a mutant power, or simply a regular reading of the cards.

She was born in France.

She was drained by Fitzroy, but later returned to life via unknown means and felt a strong attachment to King Bedlam.

New Mutants would probably be under former enemies. Adding to what Sabre said, in her current incarnation she can manifest the tarot images around herself as weapons and clothing. She was depicted occasionally as having a crush on Empath in the original Hellions.

I figured that King Bedlam was able to revive her the same way that Nate Grey was able to bring back Madelyne Pryor. Both Women had psionic powers in life, and still existed as some form of psionic energy after "death." I believe that Madelyne was stated to be a creature of pure psionic force after her rebirth, not flesh and blood. I think the same is true of Tarot... that's why when she manifests her images, she is now part of the scene. In a sense, she is manifesting herself at all times.

no. she was brought back to life by a tarot curse, which is she will be brought back to life again and again until she has attoned for her past misdeeds. i think it was her mutant ability to drawings to life. it's a very unique power.

That's never been proven as fact. Its just one of the theories as to Tarot's return and resurrection.

That's a conclusion some people have speculated on, just as others believe King Bedlam's power is what keeps Tarot alive. Both theories are just conjecture at this point, and there is no direct proof to sustain either.

She was killed twice in two issues in Uncanny X-men 281 the sentinels blew her to pieces. then the very next issue shows Fitzroy draining her. Apparently there was a huge editorial mix up

The death card - actually the nameless arcane - with a skeleton onalso indicates rebirth in tarot. To some extense, maybe Tarot can use her powr other this card to rebirth her when needed.
