HISTORY/APPEARANCES:

Sanctuary Part 1 (Season 4, Episode 47) - Amelia Voght is a nurse with the mutant ability to teleport herself and others. She met Charles Xavier when he returned from Vietnam wounded and broken hearted after the love of his life, Moira MacTaggert, left him for another man. She nursed him back to health and the two eventually fell in love. Voght traveled with him to the U.S. where he told her of his plans to create the X-Men to help him fight for mutant equal rights. He told her he dreamed of a world where humans and mutants could peacefully co-exist.

Not wanting any part of it and not believing humans could ever accept mutants she left him. Years later, Voght is eventually recruited by Magneto as one of his lieutenants aboard the orbital spacestation, Asteroid M a safe haven for mutants. Aboard the station she was shocked to find Charles Xavier. Still angry with him, they argued and went their separate ways again.

Sanctuary Part 2 (Season 4, Episode 48) - Later that night, Cortez apparently kills Magneto and frames the X-Men. Xavier flees the station and the X-Man Gambit is captured. Not believing Cortez's story for a minute, Voght investigates the matter and discovers the truth. She reveals the truth by showing the other Acolytes video evidence of Cortez's betrayal. They free Gambit and attack Cortez who then escapes and attempts to destroy the Earth. He is stopped by Voght and Magneto who survived Cortez's attack. Upon the destruction of Asteroid M, Voght returns to Earth.

The Phalanx Covenant Part 2 (Season 5, Episode 63) - She then made her way to Muir Island and became friends with Charles Xavier's former fiance, Moira MacTaggert. Moira offers Voght a position as a full-time nurse which she accepts. Months later, during the Phalanx Covenant, the X-Man Beast along with Forge of X-Factor, Warlock of the Phalanx and the evil Mister Sinister joined forces to defeat Cameron Hodge and the Phalanx Collective. They met Amelia on Muir Island when they were looking for Moira MacTaggert.

The Phalanx located them and attacked, assimilating Moira and her fiance Banshee. Voght escaped with the group and aided them in finding a virus they could upload into the Collective. Needing a little more muscle to defeat the Phalanx, she led them to Magneto's Arctic base and convinced him to join them. Together the group attacks the Phalanx's base in the Empire State Building and succeed in defeating them. All assimilated matter is returned to normal. Voght presumably returned to Muir Island.
