Amalgam of: Black Canary and Phoenix (Jean Grey)

As part of his Amalgam team the X-League, Access amalgamated the original Black Canary with the original X-Men's Marvel Girl, creating Jean Black.

Jean fought against the Brotherhood of Evil Gods and fought the Red Lash with her sonic psionics, but was knocked unconscious by Blobba.
