Amalgam of: Chemo and M.O.D.O.K.

Chemodam was a member of the robotic Sinister Society, a group of androids created by Will Magnus to destroy the Magnetic Men. After their loss against the Magnetic Men, the Sinister Society along with Chemodam accepted Magneto's offer to join them.
