Amalgam of: Fire and Phoenix (Jean Grey)

Firebird followed Mr X when he formed the JLX from the ranks of the Judgement League Avengers, and aided him on his quest to find Mariner's lost home of Atlantis, a long-lost mutant safe-haven.

Firebird was romantically linked with Apollo until she was corrupted by her power. Becoming Dark Firebird, she joined the Hellfire League Of Injustice and was seemingly killed when Fin Fang Flame was summoned to life by the League.
